What services do you offer and how can we book?
We do wide range of photography and videography services, including solo portrait sessions, family photography, casual couple, pre-wedding, wedding, maternity, graduation, and event photography (birthday parties, bridal/ baby shower, Christening, concert, etc).
We also do product and commercial shoots for business upon request.

I'm awkward in front of the camera and I don't know how to pose. Can you help?
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! It's totally common to feel that way, and you're definitely not alone, 90% of our clients feel the same way. For most of the day, we'll stay out of your way, letting you do your thing. However, whenever you need some guidance, we'll step in and help you showcase your best self in front of the camera. We aim to keep things simple and relaxed, capturing those genuine moments. Let's make it a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
Can I get the RAW files or unedited photos?
We do not provide RAW files or unedited photos. Just like a film negative, RAW files are unfinished and are intended to be processed as part of the creative workflow.
Every image we deliver is thoughtfully selected and edited to match the style, quality, and storytelling approach that our clients choose us for.
Can I costumize my photography package?
Absolutely! We understand that each client has unique preferences and requirements. We offer customisable packages to suit your needs, whether it's adjusting session duration or specific services.
Do you offer video package?
Yes! We collaborate with talented videographers to provide you with a comprehensive video package. Chat with us for more details.
What's the typical duration of a photography session?
The duration varies based on the type of session. Family, portrait, casual couple sessions usually last around 1-2 hours, while pre-wedding, weddings, and events may require more time. We’re very flexible depending on your needs.
How soon and how do I receive my photos?
You’ll receive your photos through a private online gallery, where you can easily download them in low and high (3300x2200 px) in JPEG format. We’re unable to provide RAW or unedited files.
For general shoots, delivery is usually within 5 days. For weddings or business projects, we’ll share the specific timeline based on the scope of the work.
How many people can join in the photo session?
It’s already listed in the package you chose.
If you have more people than what’s included, there’s an extra charge of 35 USD per person. We’ll let you know beforehand.
What if I’m running late?
The photoshoot will run only on the time that clients booked. If come late, the time will be deducted from the session.
For example: You booked a 1 hour session from 4:00 – 5:00 pm. You are running late and arrive at 4:30. You have 30 minutes left in your session for shooting. At 5:00, you wish to keep going until 5:30pm and ask the photographer if they are free to do so. Let the photographer know you would like to add on additional time, there will be additional fee applied. For the additional charge, please contact our team.
What if it rains during the day?
We will grab the umbrellas and embrace nature if it's possible. If it rains heavily, we will seek options under cover, or we can reschedule depending on the shooter's availability (T&C apply).
How do you edit the photos?
We carefully filter and select the best shots, perform light editing (cropping and colour/exposure adjustments.
Your package does not include Photoshopping or extensive edits to any images.
Premium retouching services may be requested and a fee per image will be quoted upon request.
Do you provide studio, props, costume, or backdrops?
We do not provide studios, props, costumes, or backdrops. If you’d like a studio session, we’re happy to discuss studio options. You’re also welcome to bring your own props and personal items.
What is someone get sick?
If either the photographer or client (extending to client's family members attending the shoot) these need to be discussed before the photoshoot to see if a reschedule can be put in place, due to fairness to both the client and the photographer.
If the photographer is sick, we have a close connection with a lot other talented photographers that will be able to take my spot if we’re unavailable. If in a situation that no one is available - a full refund will be sent back as well as a complimentary session.
Is there any travel fee?
A travel charge may apply depending on the photoshoot location. We’ll let you know in advance if any additional travel fee is required.
How long in advance should I book the shoot?
We suggest you to book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that you get your preferred time. However, as much as we try to accommodate last minute bookings, we would appreciate if you can book at least three days in advance.
Can I choose the photographers I want?
We assign our trusted, pre-selected photographers based on availability, so choosing a specific photographer isn’t possible. Don't worry, you’re in good hands! Every photographer on our team is carefully chosen, friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering beautiful results.
What should I wear?
You can wear anything you’re comfortable in and we believe that you’ll look great. Please consider the weather condition in the cities to which you’re travelling, and that we do not provide makeup or hairdo.
